Training and Preparation Period
- Conference calls take place to brief correspondents on the goals for the year and to provide tips and strategy ideas for solicitations.

Mail Solicitation from Correspondents
- Correspondents select letter template; printed and prepared by Office of Development; package sent to correspondent to personalize, sign and mail.
- Mail parties hosted in various locations for correspondents to sign letters and mail out.

FALL PHONATHON COMMENCES (students call, not Correspondents)

FALL PHONATHON CONCLUDES

Email Solicitation from Correspondents
- Holiday greetings message with reminder for tax-deductible gift.
- Includes class specific update on progress following the big fall push.

Centre Associates Dinner
- Correspondents who are Centre Associates encouraged to touch base with their Associate prospects regarding their attendance.

Meeting of the Class Chairs (Virtual)
- Chairs from each class report on progress year-to-date.

SPRING PHONATHON COMMENCES (students call, not Correspondents)

SPRING PHONATHON CONCLUDES
