Ordering Transcripts
Because a signature is required in order to process a transcript request, transcript requests must be made in person, by mail, or by fax. Telephone requests may be accepted if the transcript is to be sent to another college or university. The office phone number is 859-238-5360 and the office fax number is 859-238-6226. To order by mail or fax, please complete and print a transcript request form.

• Transcript orders are usually filled within three working days. There is no charge for normal transcript services. For urgent requests, we will use UPS Overnight or Federal Express upon request; the fee for this service is $20 to be paid by credit card at the time of the request.
  
• Due to the insecure nature of the following technologies, we cannot accept email requests for transcripts and we cannot fax transcripts.
  
• By College policy, no transcript is sent if the student has an outstanding financial obligation to the college.
• Transcript questions may be directed to Sharon Duncan at the phone or fax numbers listed above or at sharon.duncan@centre.edu.

Our alumni community offers opportunities to network with your friends, register for social events, make a gift to the College, post class notes, and stay up-to-date on all the news at Centre - just to name a few. Visit the site often for new postings.

Centrepiece
As a member of the Alumni Association, you will receive a free copy of our alumni magazine, Centrepiece. Click here to submit a class note or for additional information.

Insurance
The Alumni Association has partnered with USI Affinity Collegiate Insurances Resources to offer health, life, and travel insurance for all alumni. More information on this great program can be found by visiting the Centre College page on USI's website.

Legacy Award
The Legacy Award is a $2,000 renewable annual award given to admitted students who are children or grandchildren of Centre alumni. Students who apply for admission to Centre should mention that their parent or grandparent attended Centre on their application materials.
